If you want to connect your wearables to the application, we will request permissions to access the necessary data, ensuring that services like Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iOS are installed on your device. If you're using an Android device, we will also request additional permissions to enable seamless data synchronization in the background.

FITNESS DATA PERMISSIONS

We collect fitness diagnostics data from your synced wearables to improve user experience and provide personalized services for our trackers. The data collected may include physical activity levels, and other fitness-related metrics. For an example our "Step Tracker" will use Steps Record for the functionality of the widget.

CHECKING YOUR DATA

If you wish to verify the details and personal data you have submitted to us you may do so by contacting me via the e-mail address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action which we take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING INFORMATION

Weekly Subscription: By purchasing a weekly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring weekly subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate and accept responsibility for the recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any given time, subject to terms and cancellation policy.

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate and accept responsibility for the recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any given time, subject to terms and cancellation policy. Once you subscribe, we’ll automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle and will continue to automatically process the monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate until you cancel the subscription.

Annual Subscription: By purchasing an Annual subscription, you agree to the initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual subscription renewal fee at the then-current annual subscription rate. You will be billed for the annual subscription renewal in the first month of your next annual subscription. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time before the next billing cycle subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

All recurring subscription charges will be billed automatically regardless if the program has been used or not. Once the subscription is active, it is then assumed that the program is being used and charges will continue to incur until you cancel your subscription, subject to the terms and cancellation policy.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

We do offer a 14-day 100% refund policy, money-back guarantee on monthly and annual subscription within the first 14 days from your initial purchase for whatever reason (for initial subscriptions only). Simply request a cancellation from the customer support email ([email protected]) at least 3 days before your renewal date so that we can process your request immediately.

Requesting a refund means you forfeit all the access to the program and the meal plan. You are responsible for taking this action before the end of 14 days. No refunds will be issued past 14 days. No exception. It takes 5-10 days for the banks to process your refunds. 

To cancel your subscription, please contact Customer Support ([email protected]) for your subscription to be canceled. Your account will be set to “pending cancellation” upon canceling from your account page. An admin will complete the process within 24 hours. If canceling over the weekend, please be advised it may take up to 72 hours for the cancellation to be processed. If you are canceling before your next payment date, please allow for ample time for the cancellation to be completed by an admin to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be issued on continued payments which are a result of an incomplete cancellation.

Once the account is canceled, the account can no longer be reactivated. You need to sign up again.
